Roo Island is an island located around thirty miles east of Neopia Central. It is home to the Blumaroo, a species of Neopet that has a lot of spring in its tail! The island is ruled by the easily bored King Roo, who also runs Dice-a-Roo. You can do everything from playing games with vampires to taking a merry-go-round ride with your pet!
