Whirlpools: swirling bodies of water produced by the ocean tides. Who could have thought that even our poor little petpets would encounter these forces of nature? Well, obviously, TNT did.
In this beautiful little game, your job is to bring the petpets back home ("home" being the giant shells) through some swirling whirlpools. Here's the game all petpet lovers have been waiting for: Whirlpool!
My head's aching! Make me stop!
Whirlpools and Sea Anemones
The whirlpools can be found in two colours: blue and green. Some are movable while others are fixed in place; they can either turn clockwise or counter clockwise. The sea anemones will eat your petpet.

Scoring
Each level has a base point value of 5,000 points, which decreases by 25 points every second. Once you get the hang of how to complete each level, be sure to do it as quickly as you can.
At the end of each level, the base value (minus any time deduction) is multiplied by the percentage of pets that you saved, then multiplied again by a level multiplier equal to 1 plus 0.1 times the level to get your points for that level.
As an example: Level 11 has nine petpets. Say that you rescue seven of the nine petpets (two got eaten by an anemone) in exactly 12 seconds. Your base score would be 5,000 - 12*25 = 4,700
. You multiply this by 7/9 = 0.78
, then again by 1 + 0.1*11 = 2.1
to get your score for the level: 4,700 * 0.78 * 2.1 = 7,699
.
The Levels
There are 15 total levels. The levels in Whirlpool start out very easy and gradually get harder. Here's a suggested walk-through for each level, with the lines showing where to move whirlpools:
