Tis a joke, twistedlittledreamer. Not sure if you remember the controversy but, despite Meridell being ahead in points & number of wins, for some reason MD were placed 3rd while DC and VP, teams who MD won against in the finals if I recall, were given 1st and 2nd place, respectively. For many of us MD players it really felt like a slap in the face, especially after a few years ago them suddenly changing how the Finals ranking work resulted Kiko Lake beating Meridell on the podium (though that time there was argument to be made for KL as they pretty much made a major effort to dominate in their finals bracket).

Oh, and to rub salt in a already sour wound, even though last year Windelle was the Top Goal Scorer which was suppose to mean he was to get a Figurine in the Prize Shop (which I was looking forward to being I have a Meridell Gallery), JS decided to ignore that and made the Figurine of the Captain of the winning team of that year (I believe it was Tyrannia?) thus making the Top Goal Scorer feature COMPLETELY POINTLESS.
