The Wraith Resurgence Plot Guide

Following on from the removal of the majority of steps on Friday, this morning you may have noticed the plot Battledome Challengers disappearing from the dome. This comes along with the removal of all remaining steps, meaning the plot is no longer completable.


New dialogue from Fyora is now available on the Headquarters page, as well as a brief update from Kaia and Malum on the Clearing page. The wording of the latter update, however, implies that the synopsis to explain the story of the plot mentioned by Jade in a recent editorial is still to come.

If you noticed some of your previously completed achievements glitch to appear unclaimed last week, this also appears to be fixed and they are now showing correctly.

Update May 11th: It appears that the plot has closed this morning. Aiden is now fully healed, and we have reports of fog disappearing from dailies.

In today's news, TNT has again alluded to the Wraith Resurgence coming to a close. If you have been meaning to complete the remaining steps and finish off the achievements that are still available, please see our step-by-step guide!

If this plot is (finally!) coming to a close, then we suspect a good time to do it would be before the Altador Cup begins, and with the prize shop (and staff tournament prize shop) closing this Friday, May 11th, the Altador Cup will probably be ramping up in the next week or two.

A new update has just been launched for the Wraith Resurgence! Fyora has recovered at the infirmary, along with new dialogue.

There is now a new step at the Forgotten Graveyard. First, visit the clearing to get a story update, then head back to the Forgotten Graveyard and click on the stone segments scattered around. You need to collect all 29 of them, and some can be quite small! Once you have done so, return to the clearing and click the stone circle for a small video. (Click here to view the video again.)


This will also unlock a new achievement in the 1st tab, Gotta Collect Them All!

Kaia has been defeated! Today, Kaia's bar at the Forgotten Graveyard was reduced to zero! A new area of the Graveyard is now available - the Clearing, which you access by clicking the tree in the Graveyard. It is currently unclear if any new steps are active.

However, there is a new achievement available in the battling tab, Fight or Flight, which awards an avatar:


It seems the avatar is awarded for fighting Kaia (this includes draws and losses) while the progress bar was present in the Forgotten Graveyard. Kaia herself is still available in the Battledome, but the avatar can no longer be earned by fighting her if you have yet to do so.

The 'Healing all affected site features' that appeared on the plot's Achievement page has now been fixed and renamed to 'Haze Be Gone'.


You may need to refresh the Achievements page for the achievement to show up, however. If you've already cleared all of the wraith fog up to this point, the achievement will already be completed (if you have been following our step-by-step guide, you will have done this). If it is still grey, double check all of the locations for fog in case you missed one.

In the process of fixing this, TNT appear to have made the achievement tabs for the Infirmary and Fiendish Formations inaccessible. However, the achievements themselves are still working.
