Cosy Campfire Collection

Cosy Campfire Click Logo

Beginning on October 9, Tavi and Juni have set up camp, but need gear to build a campfire and snacks before it gets too dark. The Cosy Campfire Collection game allows users to find hidden objects in the scene to supply camp.

Cosy Campfire Collection does not count as a game played for the Quest Log game task. It will also not appear in your High Score list as a game played.

Tavi

It sure is dark in these woods... We'll have to gather what we need fast, otherwise we might not be able to find our way out. Let's go, Juni!

How to Play

Choose a difficulty between Easy, Medium and Hard modes—the biggest difference is timing, more on that below, and Neopoints awarded, see Prizes further below. You'll see a checklist of the items you are tasked to collect before time expires. Click or tap on the items from the checklist that are hidden in the image to gather them. An item will appear highlighted with a yellow border when moused over, and once clicked, it will disappear. Correctly collected items will appear with a green check on the list.

There will always be 41 items at the start.

Modes and Gameplay

There will always only be 8 total items to find. The modes start with the following timer amounts:

  • Easy - 5 minutes
  • Medium - 3 minutes
  • Hard - 1 minute 30 seconds

If you click or tap on an item not on the checklist, you will lose time in each Medium and Hard modes. Each incorrect item will deduct 3 seconds on Medium mode and 5 seconds on Hard mode. There is no penalty in Easy mode. Sometimes items will overlap and you may be forced to select an incorrect item to access the requested item. There is no scoring based on time—you just need to finish before the timer reaches zero.

If you select a difficulty and then close the game, you will have to first complete a game on the difficulty selected before you will be able to switch to a different difficulty. Restarting the game like this will give you a new gameboard with a different item layout, which may make it easier to find the checklist items.

Game Pieces

The different pieces that appear on the game board are all images of Neopian items. What appears on your board has no bearing on your prizes, with the exception of a special bonus.

The items that can appear on the checklist to collect are:

Snacks
Gear

The filler items that can clog the board are:

Very rarely, an additional item can appear on the board, and although it will not display in the checklist, clicking it will reward it as a bonus prize.

Prizes

Completing the game by finding all items on the checklist will earn Neopoints based on the difficulty chosen, along with a prize from the following pool. The Neopoint amounts and prize pool were updated on the afternoon of November 8, 2024.

You may earn Neopoints and an item only once per day.

Neopoint Prize: November 8, 2024 - Current
  • Easy

    200 NP
    200 NP
  • Medium

    350 NP
    350 NP
  • Hard

    500 NP
    500 NP

For playing on Easy or Medium, possibly only a subset of the item prizes from the first table are possible—we still need more data. When playing on Hard difficulty, you may earn one prize from either table, with about a 50% chance at an item from one table vs the other.

If you clicked on a Pumpkin Stick on your game board, it is awarded as a 2nd bonus item received in addition to a prize from above.

We're collecting prize data! Please let us know the difficulty you played and the prize result:

Previous Prizes

From game launch through the end of Chapter 6, regardless of difficulty, completing the game would earn 20 plot points (or double if using a Plot Points Fortune Cookie—although the popup would still only say 20) along with a prize from the following pool.

According to the FAQ, during Chapter 6, the item prize pool was the same regardless of the difficulty chosen, although this was not fully verified. From the start of Chapter 7, the prize pool was supposed to differ based on the difficulty selected, but data collected did not confirm that anything was changed.

Beginning with the start of Chapter 7 on October 21, 2024, plot points were no longer awarded, and instead Neopoints would be received based on the difficulty chosen, along with a prize from the above original pool.

Neopoint Prize: October 21, 2024 - November 8, 2024
  • Easy

    500 NP
    500 NP
  • Medium

    1,000 NP
    1,000 NP
  • Hard

    2,500 NP
    2,500 NP

Trophy

The ability to earn a trophy was also introduced on October 21, 2024. The rank of the trophy is determined by how quickly you finish a game without any mistakes, but only while playing in Hard mode. Presently, you may replay the game numerous times daily to try for a trophy.

Finish in 1-9 seconds

Finish in 10-13 seconds

Finish in 14-18 seconds

Once achieved, there will be additional messaging in the confirmation about earning the trophy, although it doesn't display there.

Trophy Awarding Message

Your finishing time can be verified by mousing over the trophy on your userlookup, which appears in the Game Trophies section.

If you subsequently meet the requirements of a higher-tier trophy, you will see the messaging again for your trophy upgrade.

If you finished in 19 seconds or more and received a trophy, please let us know your time. Send a Report »
Inconsistent Awarding! There are reports of users not receiving a trophy despite completing the game in enough time. Other users are able to get a trophy after multiple attempts. It is unclear what is causing these discrepancies.
