Battledome Guild Challenge

First announced in a blog post on July 31, 2025, Act III of the plot features a new battle-based challenge, the "Battledome Guild Challenge." There is also an individual component, so you don't have to join a guild to participate.

When

How to Sign Up

Participating as an individual? You do not need to take any action, you are automatically signed up!

Participating as a guild? A guild representative (does not need to be the leader) must sign up via a Google Form. You will be asked to log into a Google account in order to fill out the form. Forms were due by August 8, 2025.

Neopians are eligible to win both challenges. In other words, you can qualify for and win one of the individual prizes and one of the guild prizes, provided you are both one of the top 3 individuals and a member of one of the top 3 guilds.

How to Participate

Battle any 1-Player challenger during the event period to rack up your 1-Player Battledome score, which is visible on the Battledome Record page. 2-Player battles (using your Neopet to battle against someone else's Neopet) do not count for this event.

Look for your score at the bottom of the table of your battle history, in the right corner:

The difference in your score from the start time through the end time will act as your total score for the event. Progress will be tracked publicly on a weekly basis. The top 20 guilds and top 20 individuals will be announced on the New Features page every Friday.

There is not a way to know your event score unless you track it yourself. TNT is not providing a place to check your specific event points.

Your score increases each time you battle and win against any 1-Player challenger in the Battledome, such as the Chia Clown or the plot challengers (via the Reserve Barracks). Your score is not affected by draws (ties) or losses, which are both worth 0 points.

The score for each battle is calculated as follows:

Score = Challenger Difficulty + % of your Neopet's HP remaining when you win

In other words, if you battle the Chia Clown on Easy (Difficulty = 10), and beat him with 100% of your Neopet's HP left, your Battledome score will be +110. Beat up the Chia Clown 23 times on easy without taking damage, and you'll be guaranteed a new avatar!

Prizes

At the end of the event, the top 3 individuals and the top 3 guilds (and their members) will be eligible for an item prize. Continue reading to see a breakdown of item prizes for individuals and guilds.

All Neopians who earn at least +2,500 Battledome points during the challenge will also be eligible for a new avatar, which was not revealed in advance.

All prizes were expected to be delivered by the end of September 2025, and were delivered on time with the prize rollout beginning on the afternoon of September 26, 2025.

Individual Challenge

For Neopians who do not have a guild, or otherwise choose not to participate in the guild challenge, an individual challenge is available. Any Neopian enrolled in the guild challenge is ineligible to win the individual challenge. You cannot place in both challenges.

Enrollment

You do not need to enroll in the individual challenge—you are automatically enrolled and eligible if you do not belong to a participating guild.

Score Calculation

Your individual score can be determined by visiting the Battledome Record page:

For example, in the above image this Neopian currently has a total of 947,259 Battledome points. Any points gained on top of 947,259 after August 8th will go towards their event score.

Rewards

In addition to the avatar, the individuals with the three highest Battledome scores accumulated during the event period will receive the following items:

Each item will only be given out to a single Neopian—so yes, it will be a difficult challenge!

Guild Challenge

If your guild wants a challenge, your guild members can work together to contribute to a shared guild Battledome score in the guild challenge portion of the event.

Score Calculation

A guild's score will be calculated by adding up the individual scores of its 50 highest-scoring members. This means in a guild of 200 members, only the top 50 Neopians' scores will factor into the guild's total score. For guilds with 50 or fewer members, all members' scores will contribute to the overall guild score.

The Battledome Record page is public, so fellow guild members can check in on your progress during the event.

Rewards

In addition to the avatar, the guilds with the three highest Battledome scores accumulated during the event period will receive the following items:

If you are a member of a guild that places in the top 3, and accumulated at least +2,500 Battledome points during the event, you will receive the item specific to your placing above. All members of the guild are eligible for a prize, not just the top 50 guild members contributing to the final score.

Original Item Prizes

When the challenge was first announced on July 31st, there was a different set of prizes listed for the top placements. These prizes were swapped out on August 6th and will no longer be handed out.

Winner Announcement

After a few weeks of delay to ensure all gameplay was fair, TNT announced the winners in the New Features dated September 23rd.
