Town Levels

As with many games, Tales of Dacardia will not let you loose on the entire island of Dacardia at once. You will need to gradually unlock more of it by leveling up your town.

You can earn Dacardite Stones needed to power the Crabulator to level up your town from completing Active Quests.

You can view your town's current level in the top left corner of your game screen, with the progress of the number of Dacardite Stones collected gradually filling the dots around the circle until you level up.

This town is currently level 2, and has four of eight Dacardite Stones required to reach level 3.

Every time you level up, you will be granted the ability to unlock one area of the map for further building. You will also be granted additional bonuses depending on the level you are reaching.

Unknown! As of version 1.4.5, it is not yet possible to level up your town beyond level 3.
