Limited Time Event Quests
Neopets: Tales of Dacardia sometimes launches themed events that run for limited periods of time, similar to events and plots on Neopets.com. They typically run for around a month, and feature exclusive rewards that are otherwise unobtainable in game.
Most of the events begin with a quest that involves either Lania or Ariel redecorating the Festival Plaza, a specific building used to herald the start of an event.
Altador Cup, 2024
Are "Yooyu" ready?!
Beginning on July 24th and running until August 31st, join Lania, Ariel, and the Crabby-bots as they get into the sporting spirit with a brand-new questline and Team Dacardia items! Then get ready to cheer your team on again on August 5th; Wave 2 of the Altador Cup Event will bring even more items, and an all-new microgame!
And if you just can't wait to shoot for the podium and show some team spirit, check out the Pearly Parlour and Premium Parlour shops to score some Altador and Team Dacardia-themed decorations!
The first Altador Cup tie-in event was held between July 24th, 2024, and August 31st, 2024, and was released in two parts. The first wave of the event saw the addition of a new Paint Brush colour and new exclusive decor and hat items, available for cash purchase in the Premium Parlour and/or in the Pearly Parlour for Pearly Neggs.
