Omelette Slab
The Omelette Slab building allows for the crafting of Omelettes by your pets or directly yourself, using Resources as ingredients. The Omelette Slab and several Omelette recipes are unlocked in the Food With Friends questline.
Crafting Omelettes
To craft an omelette, tap the Omelette Slab. You will then need to tap the recipe for the desired omelette, either by selecting it from the default list or from your inventory. The default list is sorted by New Arrival when you have just unlocked a new omelette recipe [at other times this sort option does not work] or otherwise normally by Rarity, but may be sorted Alphabetically as well. Or, you can click to the Inventory tab (1) then the resources menu (2), as shown below, to select an omelette recipe based on the resources you own. If an item is not used in an unlocked omelette recipe, it will say "No Recipe Found", but any item that is will show you a list of all recipes that ingredient is used in.

After you have selected the omelette receipt to craft, increase the quantity if desired incrementally to a maximum of ten (or tap "Max"), then click to either Assign Pet, or Craft Now.
Assign Pet
If you choose to assign a pet, you'll need to have a pet available and click the pet, click Confirm, click Craft, and then click another menu of Confirm, and the timer will start per the item rarity and quantity selected:

The timer of the current job will appear just above the Omelette Slab, counting down until complete. The timer skips the very last second, so after 0m 02s the job will be complete. When you see the timer disappear and instead have just a green check over the Omelette Slab, your omelette(s) is ready, and you can tap on the building again to automatically collect your crafted item(s).

Your Omelettes are ready!
Expediting Crafting
While the crafting job is in progress, tapping on the Omelette Slab will bring up a menu to allow you to skip the timer at a cost of Pearly Neggs, or speed up crafting by watching an ad—or you can also click the Stop Crafting button to end the crafting to free up your pet, which will result in no omelettes being produced, but will also return any ingredients that would have been used to your inventory. Even if the time elapsed before clicking to Stop Crafting multiple omelettes would have otherwise produced at least one omelette based on the above table, no omelettes will be produced.
Clicking to watch an ad will make the ad immediately appear and start playing, and upon completion will deduct 10 minutes from the current crafting timer for the Omelette Slab only. There is a limit of watching 5 ads for speed-ups per day, which is shared across all crafting buildings and gathering locations but excludes any ads watched for bonus Wheel of Prizes spins.
Or, you may pay Pearly Neggs to skip the timer at a rate depending on how much time is left. At a time of X minutes 02-59 seconds, the cost will be X+1 Pearly Neggs, reducing by 1 Pearly Negg once the timer is at Xm 01s. For a timer of 4m 30s through 4m 02s then, the cost would be 4+1 or 5, and when the timer is down to 4m 01s it will be 4, reducing by 1 Pearly Negg upon reaching 3m 01s.
If you remain in this menu while the crafting finishes, you can just tap the Collect button there, or exit out then tap on the building.
Craft Now
If you opt to craft the omelette now yourself, you'll be presented with a mini-game that can potentially issue bonus Pearly Neggs. For each omelette quantity you've opted to craft, you'll have to run through a round of flipping each one twice—up to a maximum of five rounds each with two flips.
You can receive a bonus of Pearly Neggs as noted by omelette quantity in the following table. The rarity of the omelette you're crafting has no bearing on the number of rounds required to play nor the potential bonus.

There are three different outcomes you can receive for each flip: Perfect, Nice, and Miss. Each Perfect flip is worth 100 points, a Nice flip is worth 50 points, and a Miss nets 0 points.
To get a perfect flip, swipe on the screen as soon as the Crabby-bots shift and lift their arms as shown below—there may or may not also be smoke and/or light rays present, but it's only the Crabby-bot positioning that matters, despite what the tutorial says. You may swipe anywhere on the screen and in any direction.

Now throw your hands in the air and wave 'em like you just don't care!
You'll be judged for a Nice flip if you swipe just a little too soon, or if you swipe at any point after the crabs start waving through when the burn meter appears. If you swipe way too early, or fail to swipe while the burn meter appears, it will count as a Miss.

You blew it. Or burned it...

The scoring only affects the bonus received. You will always receive the full quantity of omelettes you set off to craft regardless of your score.
