Winter has come to Dacardia! Celebrate the holidays at home and all across the Neopian globe with Lania, Ariel, Pan, the Crabby-bots, and all your Neopet pals. New quests, new items, and new Crabby Capsules will be available for the duration of the event!
Each week, new quests and new items will become available. From December 18 onward, talk to Ariel to learn about Dacardian holiday traditions. Then on December 25, Pan will walk you through holiday traditions celebrated all across Neopia. Finally, on January 1, Lania reveals her own family traditions, and shares the celebration with you, the Town Planner!

In order to access this event's questlines and NeoPass rewards, you must reach Town Level 3 and complete Tales of Dacardia Chapter 2.

This event offered multiple questlines that issued on-site rewards for games with accounts linked to Neopets.com via NeoPass. You could earn this prize set twice, once for each wave of questlines released. While these waves released on different dates, all three were available through the end of the event on January 8, 2025.
Paid pet decoration questlines: Three additional single-quest questlines, one for each Premium Parlour-exclusive Neopet released by the time of the event, including the brand-new Cybunny. These are conceptual continuations of the Snow Time To Waste questline.
The second wave was released partway through the event on December 25, 2024. This included The Good Cold Days questline, in which you help Pan further decorate the town.
The third and final wave was released partway through the event on January 1, 2025. This included the Merry Craggmas! questline, in which you help Lania further decorate and take a picture of the town.
Wheel of Prizes Update
The Wheel of Prizes updated with a new set of possible Neopets.com prizes at the start of the event. These included both prizes from the NeoPass space and the Bonus Chest. These prizes remained available for a long while past the event, until March 19, 2025.
Starting on December 16 (except for the Holiday Paint Brush Pack, which released on December 25), the Premium Parlour offered a handful of limited-time exclusive items and bundles. These were available through January 31, 2025.

During the event, the Pearly Parlour offered a handful of limited-time exclusive items. These were not all released at once; rather, different items were released in weekly batches. However, all items retired from the Pearly Parlour at the end of the day on January 8, 2025.
