Event Quest

To activate the Donation Drive portion of the event, you must complete an introductory questline from Ariel.

To complete the quest, use the Festival of Neggs Donation Drive Plaza Paint Roller on the Festival plaza. This paint roller and plaza preview are as shown below. You must use this roller to activate the event.

Donation Drive

Crabby Hopbobbin is once again calling for donations from Dacardia. You can help by donating any items you have in your inventory.

The Donation Drive began on April 13, 2026 and runs through April 30, 2026.

Items can be donated by visiting the Festival Plaza. Once there, click the button to open the event:

Then, click on the "Donate Now" button in the bottom right corner:

Here, items can be turned in for Crabby Tickets. These can be exchanged for prizes both in-app and on Neopets.com! The number of tickets an item is worth is based on its item type and rarity. You can earn a maximum of 200 per calendar day, resetting at 1AM NST.

There are also neggs and omelettes that are "Bonus" items, and higher rarity neggs that are "Super Bonus" items. These items are marked with a icon in the upper left corner of their image. Although these are worth more points than items of equivalent type/rarity, your daily maximum remains at 200 even if you donate them, so you may not find much advantage in donating them over other items you have surplus of.

How to Donate

Simply tap on any item on the lefthand side. You can use the tabs on the left to filter to certain types of items, but cannot sort the list overall. Bonus items will automatically appear at the top.

After tapping an item, you can use the slider to specify an exact quantity to donate, then press the yellow "Add" button.

The item will now appear in a box to the right. The total value of the item(s) selected will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. You can add additional items, up to 10 unique items at a time, each with any quantity.

When you are satisfied, press the green "Donate" button in the bottom right corner. Your items will be immediately removed from your inventory and will be credited with your Crabby Tickets! If you have more than 10 unique items to donate, simply repeat this process multiple times.

If you attempt to donate above the daily maximum, you will receive a warning before proceeding. You can still donate the item(s), but they will be taken and you will not receive extra Crabby Tickets. For example, donating 250 worth of items in one batch will consume all of the items, but only award you 200.

Notice this attempted donation was worth 240 points, but the daily limit is only 200 points, so the game provides a warning.

If you reenter the menu after you have donated your daily maximum, it will prevent you from executing any additional donations.

Recommended Donations

The best items to donate are any you simply don't want, especially including Hats, or the following decor and food items which are the most efficient for points requiring the fewest resources to craft:

For this event, the following combos of items total the 200 daily points exactly:

• 2 Rare Negg Chests (this actually puts you a bit over, at 240 points)
• 4 Uncommon Neggs + 1 Common Omelette (this actually puts you a bit over, at 202 points)
• 14 Common bonus Omelettes (this actually puts you a bit over, at 210 points)
• 5 Common Decor
• 1 Uncommon Hat
• 2 Common Hats
• 1 Common Paint Brush or Roller + 5 Common Omelettes

Milestone Prizes

Upon earning certain set amounts of Crabby Tickets, you earn rewards on Neopets.com. You must have NeoPass connected to claim them.

Milestone prizes will be awarded immediately and automatically after hitting the required thresholds.

Prize Shop

You can exchange your Crabby Tickets for both Tales of Dacardia and Neopets.com prizes. To receive the Neopets.com prizes, you must have both your Neopets.com and Tales of Dacardia accounts linked to NeoPass.

The Donation Drive lasts over 18 calendar days. This means you can earn up to 3,600 for free, or up to 7,200 with a booster pass for the full event (see the next section for more info on this). The prize shop contains 7,200 worth of prizes, so not all of these can be obtained without a booster pass.

The prize shop will remain open through the end of the day on April 30th. Any unused Tickets will expire at this time.

Booster Pass

You can double your daily maximum limit from 200 to 400 by purchasing a Booster Pass.

There are two types of Booster Pass. The "1 Day Doubler" costs $2.99 (or local equivalent) and will double your limit for the date of purchase only, resetting at 1AM NST. The "Daily Doubler" costs $14.99 (or local equivalent) and will double your limit every date through the remainder of the event.

Click the blue banner in the bottom right to open the Booster Pass purchase menu.

Event Resources

During the duration of the event, exclusive resources were available at four gather points.

Two bonus resources were also available at each location from one of the gatherable resources.

Pearly Parlour Exclusives

During the event, the Pearly Parlour offered a handful of limited-time exclusive items and recipes. These will be available through April 29, 2026. Most of the items within the bundles were not available for individual purchase from the Pearly Parlour, only as part of these bundles—the Painted Negg Paint Roller is the only exception.

Crabby Capsules

During the event, one new Crabby Capsule was introduced at the Pearly Parlour with new limited-time exclusive items. Upon release it was available through May 31, 2026.
