Special Stamp Overview:

Four of the stamps were released through AAA gaming challenges:

Game Controller Collectable Charm was a final prize for the 2016 Daily Dare, awarded for beating all of AAA's scores before the end of the event. It was also available as a weekly streak prize from Quest Log.
AAA Collectable Charm was a final prize for the 2018 Daily Dare, awarded for beating all of AAA's scores before the end of the event. It was also available as a weekly streak prize from Quest Log.
Moon Rock Albert Collectable Charm was a prize on day 5 of the 2018 Games Master Challenge, awarded for scoring 500+ in Mutant Graveyard of Doom II and 750+ in Moon Rock Rampage.
Chia Clown Collectible Charm was a prize on day 15 of the 2019 Daily Dare, awarded for beating AAA's score of 500 in Carnival of Terror.

Governor McGill Collectable Charm is found inside the Governors Mansion Trick-or-Treat Bag from the 2017 Trick or Treating event. It was also available as a weekly streak prize from Quest Log.
Four stamps were released as part of the Festival of Neggs:

Festival Negg Collectable Charm was a final prize for collecting all Neggs on the day of release during the 2020 Festival of Neggs.
Space Faerie Kari Charm was a final prize for collecting all Neggs during the 2021 Festival of Neggs.
Detective Kari Charm was a final prize for collecting all Neggs during the 2022 Festival of Neggs.
Astronaut Kari Charm was a final prize for collecting all Neggs during the 2023 Festival of Neggs.

Seven stamps were awarded as achievement prizes during the Wraith Resurgence plot:

Recovered Jetsam Collectable Charm was awarded for using at least 5 potions to cure the Jetsam patient at the Infirmary.
Recovered Meerca Collectable Charm was awarded for using at least 6 potions to cure the Meerca patient at the Infirmary.
Fyora Collectable Charm was awarded for using at least 6 potions to cure Fyora at the Infirmary.
Recovered Shoyru Collectable Charm was awarded for using at least 6 potions to cure the Shoyru patient at the Infirmary.
Recovered Skeith Collectable Charm was awarded for using at least 6 potions to cure the Skeith patient at the Infirmary.
Malum Collectable Charm was awarded for using at least 6 potions to cure Malum at the Infirmary.
The Darkest Faerie Collectable Charm was awarded for winning a battle against Kaia in the Battledome on hard difficulty.
