Special Stamp Overview:

• Snowager Collectable Charm is a common prize from the Snowager.
• Festival Negg Collectable Charm was a final prize for collecting all neggs on the day of release during the 2019 Festival of Neggs.
• Skarl Collectable Charm is an extremely rare prize from the Grumpy Old King. For many years, the charm was seemingly not being awarded due to a glitch. In a February 2013 editorial, TNT claimed the programming seemed fine and saw no reason it could not be awarded. In a February 2019 editorial, TNT implied they had addressed a bug that would allow it to begin being awarded, then implied the same again in a June 2019 editorial, and finally announced increased probabilities in an October 2019 editorial. Since then, a very small number have begun to appear.
