Why won't my settings change?
You most likely do not have cookies enabled in your browser. To enable them, check your browser's Help files (usually by clicking the Help menu and then Contents) to see what it says about enabling cookies. If you know cookies are enabled (if they are, you can login to Neopets), you might have to lower the settings restricting some cookies, or add Jellyneo.net to the "Allow" list.
My settings reverted back to their defaults. What happened?
Either your cookie was deleted or is broken or something else bizarre happened to it. To fix it, press the "Delete My Choice" button and then reset your settings.
Help! When I came onto JN a different theme was in place and I can't change it back!
There is probably a "forced" theme in place. Generally, when a new theme is added, or it's a special holiday, we'll make everyone use a certain theme by overriding their current settings. Don't worry, this is disabled after a day or two of being in place.
When is another theme going to be added? I'm bored of the ones there are now!
We like to add new themes for special holidays. We also add a theme for the plots that Neopets has. When we add them, it'll be on display for a day or so, and then you can opt to use it here, or continue using your selected theme.
