Monthly Goodie Bag
Every month, all active Premium subscribers receive an exclusive, no-trade goodie bag! Each bag contains one item from a set pool of possible prizes.
The goodie bags are usually distributed on the 8th of each month, though there have been occasional delays.
You can only receive a goodie bag after your Premium subscription is activated. For example, if you sign up for Premium on the 15th of a month, you will not receive a goodie bag until the 8th of the following month. (This differs from Premium Collectibles, Fortune Cookies, and Mini Mystery Capsules, all of which are awarded immediately upon activating your subscription.)

Summer Y28 Premium Goodie Bag
March 2026 through May 2026
A new goodie bag update was first distributed starting on March 11, 2026. This means two goodie bags were given out in March 2026: the previous Winter Y27 bag on March 7 and the Spring Y28 bag on March 11. This goodie bag was not announced in advance.

A new goodie bag update was first distributed starting on December 7, 2025, and last distributed on March 7, 2026. This goodie bag was not announced in advance.

A new goodie bag update was announced in the New Features on August 11, 2025, and first distributed starting on September 7, 2025.
Autumn Y27 Premium Goodie Bag Contents
February 2025 through August 2025
Premium bags were not awarded in January 2025, as TNT had decided to discontinue the distributions. Starting in February 2025, however, TNT began distributing them again due to popular demand, this time with a new look and a new prize pool. If Neopians had any unopened bags from 2024 at the time of this transition, they were updated to the new style and new prize pool. This version of the goodie bag was awarded on the 7th of each month until August 2025.

August 2024 through December 2024
Goodie bags were first delivered on August 7, 2024 and were given out monthly for the remainder of the year. Despite initial advertisement from TNT that the bags would be a monthly occurrence "until November", bags were awarded on the 7th of the month in August, September, October, November, and December of 2024.

Release History
During the August 2024 AMA, TNT Dom announced plans for a "special gift bag on a monthly basis" to reward Premium members.
On August 2, 2024, a pair of emails went out: one for current Premium subscribers and one for people not currently subscribers. This email announced a special gift for active Premium members to be awarded on August 7. (Perhaps due to a TNT error, some current subscribers received the non-subscriber email.)
Starting on August 7, 2024, (and continuing into August 8, due to slowness of awarding) every active Premium member was awarded the below goodie bag, with the following possible items in it. An email sent to some users on August 30, 2024, announced that goodie bags would be a monthly occurrence "until November" as a celebration of the 25th birthday of Neopets. Despite this communication, bags were awarded in both November and December of 2024.
After being awarded monthly from August through December 2024, the bags were discontinued. No bags were awarded in January 2025. Due to popular demand, it was announced on January 23, 2025, in the monthly AMA, that they would be returning as a permanent perk beginning in February 2025.
