MPET

[ɛmpiːiːtiː] - noun

A glitched egg in the Habitarium game that can cause the game to behave oddly. Originally an abbreviation for "Mysterious Phantom Egg-Thing" due to the MPET's habit of appearing where no egg should be.
Sometimes jokingly referred to as a Meepit due to the initials.

Example Usage:

"That's not a real egg you've got there, it's a MPET. Here, I know a guide that tells you how to get rid of it..."
