Neopets Companion App
The Neopets Companion App is a supplemental app that allows players to conveniently access certain parts of Neopets from a native mobile app. It officially launched on January 29, 2026 for iOS and Android, and currently has a handful of features.
Players are required to have NeoPass in order to utilize the app. Account-switching is not supported at this time; users can only interact with the app using the account that is marked as the "main account" on their NeoPass.

Navigation
The mobile app features two navigation bars at the top and bottom of the screen. The top bar (displayed on the left) displays your active pet, your Neocash, your Neopoints on hand, and then a link to access the settings menu. The bottom navigation bar navigates through the app's individual pages—My Pets, Games, Dailies, and Inventory.
Clicking on your active pet's photo will open a screen where you can quickly change your active pet, if you desire.
My Pets
The "My Pets" page is the homepage for the app. It defaults to your active pet, with arrows allowing you to view all of your pets individually. You can also select the toggle on the top left to change between a single pet view and a scrollable list. Currently, it allows you to view your pets' levels, hit points, hunger status, and mood, as well as features a button to feed them any edible item from your inventory. Non-Premium users will also see an icon in the top right to interact with a daily advertisement for free Neopoints.
The star icon in the top right indicates which pet is currently marked as your active pet.
Daily Ad
Users who do not have an active Premium subscription can access their daily ad rewards in-app by clicking the "Ad" icon on the top right of the "My Pets" page.
Games
The Companion App currently features three games. As with on-site games, users can send scores up to 3 times per day, with Premium users able to send up to 4 scores per day. Scores sent for in-app games count towards daily Quest Log quests.
Sakhmet Solitaire II and Kiko Match III are linked to their on-site counterpart—your scores both in-app and in the Neopets Games Room count towards the same daily send limit. Fashion Fever's in-app version is linked to the on-site HTML5 version, but not the Flash version.
Avatars
Sakhmet Solitaire II has an avatar that can be earned in-app or on-site. Fashion Fever and Kiko Match III do not have avatars at this time.
Dailies
Four categories of dailies currently exist in-app: Neopian wheels, scratchcards, Trudy's Surprise, and fishing.
Wheels
Four of the eight Neopian wheels are currently accessible in-app. The wheels in-app are linked to the wheels on-site: spins cost the same amounts to purchase, and share the same restrictions such as cooldown periods and/or daily spin limits. For example, if you spin the Wheel of Mediocrity in-app, you will need to wait the full 40-minute cooldown period to spin again, either in-app or on-site. Wheel spins completed in-app count towards daily Quest Log quests.
You can also use any additional spins your account has access to: from the "Right Round Round Round" Obelisk boon, from Premium perks, or by watching an advertisement (for non-Premium users). There is no visual indication at this time in-app if the "Right Round Round Round" boon is active for your account, although you will be able to still access the extra spins it grants.
Avatars
The avatars for all 4 wheels—the Wheel of Excitement, Wheel of Knowledge, Wheel of Mediocrity, and Wheel of Misfortune—are confirmed to be available in-app.
Scratchcards
Two of the four types of scratchcards are currently accessible in-app. You are able to both purchase new scratchcards and scratch existing ones that are in your inventory. The kiosks in-app are linked to the kiosks on-site: scratchcards cost the same amounts to purchase, and share the same restrictions such as closures, cooldown periods, and/or daily purchase limits. For example, if you buy a Deserted Fairground scratchcard in-app, you will need to wait the full 2-hour cooldown period to buy another one, either in-app or on-site.

Bonus Scratchcards
As of April 14, 2026, all users have access to 3 free scratchcards per day, as an in-app exclusive. Users will receive one free scratchcard from the Deserted Fairground Kiosk and two from the Happy Valley Kiosk automatically after scratching at least 1 card at said kiosk. Premium users can use their free scratchcards immediately, while non-Premium users will be prompted to watch an ad before scratching each one.
You do not have to purchase a scratchcard at either kiosk in order to unlock your free daily cards—you can scratch an existing card from your inventory. Your free scratchcards do not count towards your daily limit of 5 scratchcards per kiosk.
Use your free cards first! Currently, if you hit your daily limit of 5 scratchcards per kiosk before using your free cards, you will be prevented from using your free ones.
Avatars
Both the Deserted Fairground and Happy Valley Kiosk's avatars are confirmed to be available in-app.
Trudy's Surprise
Players can also complete their daily Trudy's Surprise spin in the app, as well as see progress made towards their 7 and 25-day streaks. Premium users are also able to utilize Streak Save tickets when applicable.

Ye Olde Fishing Vortex
As of April 28, 2026, you can access the Fishing Vortex in-app. You can also switch your active pet directly from the fishing page by clicking their profile picture at the top—a nice upgrade from the Neopets.com interface! Currently, fishing in-app does not count towards daily Quest Log quests.
The results page displays any item you have won, and will indicate any level increases via a ^ symbol beneath your pet's fishing level. The level shown will be their new level, with the increase applied.
Bonus Casts
All users have access to one bonus reward per day as an in-app exclusive, which bypasses the normal cooldown window before a pet can typically fish again for a prize. Premium users can use their extra cast immediately, while non-Premium users will be prompted to watch an ad first. The cast is once per account, per day, not once per pet.

The Fishing - Titanic Squid avatar is confirmed to be available in-app.
Inventory
You can view your full inventory in-app, including your NC items. Items can be selected individually to view more details, but only edible items and scratchcards have corresponding actions. No other actions are currently available in-app.
Settings
The settings menu is accessible by clicking the cog wheel on the top right of your screen. Here, you have the opportunity to manage your notifications, and whether or not you want the app to be able to make noise and/or vibrate during interactions.
The notifications screen allows you to pick and choose between four different types of notifications. We are still researching what causes each of these notifications to appear.
Additionally, you can log out of your NeoPass account on this screen. The app is not functional without NeoPass, however, so there is no purpose to logging out as users are not permitted to have more than one NeoPass. If you wish to stop using the app, simply uninstall it from your mobile device.
Warning!!! Do not select "Delete Account" as this will erase your entire NeoPass and Neopets.com account. If you wish to stop using the app, simply uninstall it.
