Switch Main Account

The first account you add (or create) will automatically be designated as your main account. Additional accounts added will be designated by default as a side account. To change which is which, simply start at the NeoPass home page.

As was done when adding a side account, you will start by pressing the black "Edit" button. This will reveal a greyed out button labeled "Select one account":

Next, you must then click the side account you wish to make your main. This will turn the grey button into an orange "Set Main Account" button.

Clicking that button will open a pop-up explaining the implications of changing which account is your main account. The full disclosure is copied below, though all of this information is also included in various places in the NeoPass FAQ.

After pressing "Continue" on the pop-up, you will receive confirmation of success.

Although the confirmation will still show your account as "Side Account", upon returning to the NeoPass home page you will see it is now labeled as "Main Account".

Impact of Main Account Choice

Your NeoPass main account designation has two effects:

1. It will be the topmost account listed in your NeoPass
2. The account will receive any rewards earned on other games such as Tales of Dacardia or Faerie Fragments

The labeling of an account as your "Main" on NeoPass does not currently change anything else about how your account functions on Neopets.com. Adherence to proper behavior on main/side account guidelines must still be followed by the player on their own, and will be enforced manually by TNT as necessary.
