Adjust NeoPass Settings

You can adjust your NeoPass settings in the Settings page, linked on the header bar of any NeoPass page.

Update Account Information

You can adjust some of your account information: gender, region (country), and state. You cannot change your date of birth.

Change Email

To adjust email, scroll down to the "Linked Accounts" section and click the orange "Edit" button next to your email address. After confirming your intentions, you will be prompted to log in again, then can enter a new email address in a pop-up window.

When you change your email, you cannot do so again until at least 365 days have passed.

Add Security Questions

For extra security, you can add security questions to your NeoPass account by simply choosing them from the dropdowns, entering answers, and saving. Make sure to use answers that not only you will remember, but also only you will know.

For extra, extra security, we recommend using generated answers from a password manager such as 1Password rather than factual answers that someone clever may be able to figure out.

Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You can manager your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) by enabling, disabling, or resetting it. For more information on that, check out our 2FA guide:

Reset NeoPass Password

The settings page is also where you can reset your NeoPass password, if you have one set.

You will be prompted to enter your current NeoPass password/linked account in a pop-up after entering your desired new one.

Connect Third-Party Accounts

The settings page is also where you can connect third-party accounts to your NeoPass. After doing so, you can use these accounts to log in to NeoPass. NeoPass refers to these as "Linked Accounts". Currently, supported linked accounts include Google, Facebook, and Apple.

Deactivate or Delete NeoPass

The settings page also houses buttons to deactivate or delete NeoPass. For more information on those processes, check out our guides:
