Deleting NeoPass is permanent, irreversible, and affects all associated Neopets accounts! Be very extra super duper certain of your decision before deleting NeoPass, and consider
deactivating instead.
It is not possible to delete NeoPass without also deleting all of your Neopets accounts. You cannot dissociate a Neopets.com account from a NeoPass account once it has been added, even with help from support.
At the very bottom of the settings page are options to disable NeoPass in some way.
For the first 24 hours after your NeoPass account is created, these options will be unusable. This is to protect NeoPass from abusive mass creation and deletion of accounts.
After 24 hours, both buttons will become enabled.
Deactivation is reversible, while deletion is permanent. However, both processes will affect all Neopets game accounts associated with your NeoPass.
How to Delete NeoPass (and all associated accounts)

After selecting the black "Delete Account" button from the settings page, you will be asked to log in again using your NeoPass password or linked account.
After logging in, you will be presented a pop-up with a red header explaining the details of the deletion. The pop-up will list your NeoPass email in red at the top, and all accounts you have connected to NeoPass in boxes in the middle.
The account in orange font represents your main account, while side accounts will be in black font.
Cancel your Premium subscription before deleting NeoPass! If you delete NeoPass first, you will not be able to log in to the Premium portal to cancel, and will require support assistance to do so.

Upon acknowledging all terms by checking the boxes and pressing the "Continue" button, you will be taken to a second, additional confirmation pop-up.
Upon typing in the word "DELETE" before pressing the red "Delete Account" button, the account will be immediately and permanently deleted. You will not be able to reactivate the NeoPass account nor any of its associated game accounts under any circumstances, even with help from support.
You can reuse the same email to create a new NeoPass account, however, you will not be able to do so until 30 days after deletion of the original account.
