Deactivate

At the very bottom of the settings page are options to disable NeoPass in some way.

For the first 24 hours after your NeoPass account is created, these options will be unusable. This is to protect NeoPass from abusive mass creation and deletion of accounts.

After 24 hours, both buttons will become enabled.

Deactivation is not a way to "undo" or "reverse" NeoPass; instead, it will lock access to all of your Neopets accounts.

Deactivation is reversible, while deletion is permanent. However, both processes will affect all Neopets game accounts associated with your NeoPass.

Deactivating NeoPass (and all associated accounts)

After selecting the orange "Deactivate Account" button from the settings page, you will be asked to log in again using your NeoPass password or linked account.

After logging in, you will be presented a pop-up with a black header explaining the details of the deactivation. The pop-up will list your NeoPass email in red at the top, and all accounts you have connected to NeoPass in boxes in the middle.

The account in orange font represents your main account, while side accounts will be in black font.

Upon acknowledging all terms by checking the boxes and pressing the "Deactivate" button, the account will be immediately deactivated.
