Add Neopets.com Main Account

After you have created a NeoPass account, you can begin to associate or create Neopets.com accounts with it.

The first account you add (or create) will automatically be designated as your main account. You can add additional accounts, which will be designated by default as a side account. (You can change which is which later; for instructions how, see the "Changing Main Accounts" section later down this guide.)

To add your first Neopets.com account, simply click the orange "Add Account" button under the "Neopets.com" section of the NeoPass home page.

You will then be given a choice between migrating an existing account or creating a new one.

If you choose to migrate an existing account, and you are currently logged in to Neopets.com, NeoPass will automatically use that account. If not, you will need to log in using your username and original (non-NeoPass) password.

Afterward, you will need to agree to a consent form. This involves agreeing to the Neopets terms of service.

After agreeing, if all goes well, you will receive a success message!

Frozen accounts cannot be added to a NeoPass account. When trying to log in, you will be redirected back to the log in screen; no error message or additional information will be shown.
