Link Faerie Fragments Account

To connect your Faerie Fragments account to your NeoPass, you must first download the Faerie Fragments app. (You cannot link them through the NeoPass portal like is done for Neopets.com accounts.)

From the overworld, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner.

From the settings menu, click on the green "Link to NeoPass" button.

This will open a pop-up where you must select the green "Login with NeoPass" button.

You will be taken to the NeoPass login page in an in-app browser. After logging in to NeoPass, you will be asked to provide consent for various features of NeoPass.

When you are successful, your NeoPass information will now appear on the top left corner of the opening splash page.

In earlier versions of Faerie Fragments, you could initiate the NeoPass linking process from the opening splash page. This was removed in version 1.2.3 released on March 13, 2025, and now NeoPass linking can only happen through the settings menu.

Unlike with Neopets.com and Tales of Dacardia, the Faerie Fragments section of the NeoPass portal will not reflect your linked status.

The NeoPass portal will look like this whether you have linked to Faerie Fragments or not.
