Each calendar month, Neopets offers a small bundle of free rewards through the Monthly Freebies page. These rewards are available to all main accounts and are a quick way to earn a few Neopoints and restock your food supply.


You log in on the 1st and suddenly it's cheat day.

How to Collect

When you visit the Monthly Freebies page, you will see each of your pet's food selections. Freebies are automatically granted when you visit the link. You will receive:

  • A random food item for each pet
  • 2,000 Neopoints

The rewards are granted immediately upon visiting the page and are added directly to your inventory and Neopoints on-hand. The food items that your pets choose are random. You can look through the list of potential picks to see what your pet might bring home. They can be r1 through r60 and come from the Baked, Desert Food, Faerie Food, Food, Gross Food, Hot Dog, Jelly Food, Kiko Lake Food, Medieval Food, Pizza, Snow Food, Space Food, Spooky Food, Tropical Food, and Tyrannian Food categories.

Rules and Requirements

  • Freebies can only be collected once per calendar month. The page resets at the beginning of each new month.
  • Side accounts are not allowed to claim these
  • Account must be at least 30 days old to claim
