On May 20, 2020, Neopets announced that Legends & Letters would be discontinued, and the app was removed from app stores on July 22, 2020. At that time, the app was still playable if you had already had it downloaded to your device but is no longer available if you don't already have it.
The servers powering the game were slated to shut down on December 31, 2020 and end game play, but were not shut off until September 2022.
Level Up Rewards
Each time you successfully complete a level in Legends and Letters, you will gain experience. This isn't applied to your party or your Neopet, but rather to your account itself. Each time your account levels up, you will be granted either some items to use or permanent upgrades for your account.
