Kidnapping Caper

The NC Kidnapping Caper is a Mall event running between May 19 and May 25, 2015. It is similar in style to the Great NC Scavenger Hunt, with users given clues to search Neopia in exchange for wearable NC items! Remember to check the FAQ before participating.

Case Files

In order to participate in the event, you need to purchase at least one special Case File from the NC Mall. There are three Case Files, all costing 700 NC, one for each of the three aspects of the event - who did the kidnapping, how they did it, and where they are hiding.

Upon buying the Case File, you will need to activate it, either in your inventory or the main Caper page. Provided you activate your Case File within the first 3 days of the event, you will be awarded with a bonus item corresponding to the Case File you opened.

Once you have an activated Case File, you can take part in the event! Each Case File has a list of suspects or possibilities they need to eliminate from the investigation, and will eliminate a new one each day, giving you a riddle to solve in order to do so. Each Case File has a different set of items and clues, and as such a different set of rewards. You will find the items on pages spread throughout Neopia, looking like this:

Clicking on the item will return you to the Kidnapping Caper page and mark the quest as complete for the day.
