Jellyneo's Island Builders Guide

Customisation

Many customisation items can be crafted in Island Builders, and others may be purchased with various in-game currencies. There are four main types of customisation items: Hats to put on your Neopet, Petpets to keep them company, Paint Brushes to give them a new colour, and Paint Rollers to do the same to Buildings on your island. Putting both Hats and Paint Brushes on your Neopets will increase their Happiness Rating.

All types except Petpets can be crafted at Skippi's Paint Shop, and occasionally be given as Daily Login Rewards. Customisation items regularly require a type of item called Essence, as well. These, too, can be crafted at Skippi's Paint Shop.
