The Great NC Scavenger Hunt
The Great NC Scavenger Hunt is a Mall event running between May 21 and May 28 2014. It is similar in style to the Festival of Neggs, with users given clues to search Neopia in exchange for wearable NC items! Remember to check the FAQ before participating.
Satchels
In order to participate in the event, you need to purchase at least one special Satchel from the NC Mall. There are three satchels, all costing 700 NC, one for each of the three teams in the event - it is possible to join all three teams by buying all of the satchels.
Upon buying the satchel, you will need to activate it, either in your inventory or the main Scavenger Hunt page. Provided you activate your satchel within the first 3 days of the event, you will be awarded with a bonus item corresponding to the satchel you opened.
Once you have an activated satchel, you can take part in the event! Each team's leader has a list of items they need to gather from around Neopia, and will ask for a new one each day, giving you a riddle to solve in order to find them. Each team has a different set of items and clues, and as such a different set of rewards. You will find the items on pages spread throughout Neopia, looking like this:
Clicking on the item will return you to the Scavenger Hunt page and mark the quest as complete for the day.
Noda's Cookie Quest
Noda is collecting items he needs to help him make Fortune Cookies.

Clue: My famous Kacheek colleague has many of these handy bowls. You can find him in a gingerbread house, next to a Uni statue.

Clue: Fetch me a spoon from the least popular Neopet! It's going to come in very handy making these cookies.

Clue: I have no use for crumpets, but there is a Meerca who has a spare rolling pin that we're going to need. Ask nicely.

Clue: As a coincidence, we also need a thermometer. Ask a scientist about it, but be warned; he can be a little unpredictable.

Clue: Decorative and delicious! I always get these gumballs at my favourite candy shop. They make good filler in the mystery capsules.

Clue: I like to send apprentices to a wise king -- not to spout attempts at wisdom, but to bottle the trumpet sounds made when the king is impressed.

Clue: The scrolls of the deep desert are legendary. This particular one can be found in a shop instead of a tomb, fortunately. Mwahaha!

Clue: The Island Faerie, Jhuidah, uses wrapping paper to wrap items for delivery. She won't mind sharing a roll with us! She likes wrapping gifts too.

Clue: You can't put a gift box together without tape! The stickiest tape for gift wrap is made by a snotty Meerca. Ew! Good luck, and stay safe.

Clue: We're going to need some bows in various colours. There are lots of extra bows discarded by new Usuki owners at one of my favourite shops.

Clue: I like to use these to give ribbons a lot of curl on a gift box. The master of springs and bouncy things is handing out these scissors with a demo.

Clue: Why use just one ribbon when you can use every colour? Someone left a box of white ribbons next to a certain pool and they fell in. Lucky for us!
