NC Archives Fortune Cookie
The NC Archives Fortune Cookie was released on November 11, 2013. It grants access to spin the NC Archives Wheel.
How to Use
This fortune cookie can be activated from your inventory. After activation, you will be able to visit the NC Archives Wheel to spin it once or twice per day and receive a random item from the archives.
You may not open additional cookies while one is active. You'll need to wait for your current cookie to expire before opening more.
Effect
For 72 hours from opening, you'll be able to spin the NC Archives Wheel for 1 or 2 daily spins, with a full 24 hour cooldown. A banner above the wheel will tell you how many spins you have. If your cookie grants you two spins per day, the 24 hour cooldown starts after the second spin.
An example of not spinning on the third day. You can now spin on the fourth day, as long as it's before the cookie expires.
Timing
Because the cookie is active for 72 hours, it will span four calendar days. However, because you must wait at least 24 hours between spins, you will only have the opportunity to spin on three of those calendar days. If you miss one of the first three days, you can spin on the fourth day as long as it is before the cookie expires. If you miss more than one day, you forfeit that day of spinning.

The wheel can be accessed daily under the "Specialty" menu in the NC Mall.
