Kari, the Negg Faerie, is hosting this year's Festival of Neggs in Faerieland again. Starting on April 10th at 10:00am NST, Kari enlisted Neopians to find neggs hidden around Neopia. As in years' past, when found, Neopians are awarded with a choice of themed items.
The event will run for 9 days with the first 1.5 days counting as one, running through April 11th. (The event runs through April 19th.) Refer to the official FAQ for more.
To begin participation, go to the FoN event page and click on Kari. Keep clicking through the conversation to receive the hint for the first negg location.
Negg Locations
During each day of the event, a new clue will appear at the bottom of the main Festival page to direct you to a new hidden negg location.
After finding each negg at the locations below, you will be offered the choice between three random neggs for your efforts (there are five possible neggs, but you will only have a choice of three per day).
Negg Collection Tip: If the location of a negg is a game or a daily, make sure to collect your prize from Kari first. The prompt to collect your prize may disappear if you play the game or complete the daily first.
April 10th/11th
Clue: These Neggs were styled by a real artista, and they're being held by a fashionista!
Location: Unis Clothing Shop
Discovery Text: You find a stash of Neggs hidden among the clothes!
After Kari picks them up, Ellia smiles and hands her a note.
"Huh, this is strange... it's addressed to me and the festival goers. Be sure to read it before picking which Negg you'd like!"
The note reads:
"Don't bother looking for the Neggs where the other shopkeepers helped you hide them. I have them now! More info to come soon. :)"

April 12th
Clue: "Time for more fashion, yes, time for a show! This shop shows its passion by being hot to go!"
Location: Cog's Togs
Discovery Text: You find the stash of Neggs underneath a few cogs!
Kari quickly picks them up. "We solved it! It's fun being on the other side of this with you. But don't worry, you can still pick whichever Negg you would like!"

"Did you know that the Petpet known as the Tuffala was first discovered nearby underneath the Moltara Obsidian Co. building?"

Clue: "If you've ever wanted a friend that goes beep-beep-bop, then you should fly on up to this little shop!"
Location: The Robo-Petpet Shop
Discovery Text: Mixed in with a fleet of GX-4 Oscillabots is the stash of Neggs!
Kari carefully grabs the Neggs. "I wish I had time to visit this shop more often. Luckily, finding Neggs is the perfect excuse to stop by! Speaking of, which Negg would you like?"

"Mira, the Space Faerie, adopted her very own Bython while on board the Virtupets Space Station!"

Discovery Text: You dig up the Negg stash from under a pile of loose dirt!
Kari brushes off the Neggs. "Oh, thank goodness these didn't get eaten here! Go ahead and choose which one you would like."

"Professor Josh Kugar discovered a new Petpet species, the Talpidat, in a nearby crypt in Y24! Even though they eat Neggs, there are now two who live at the Neggery full-time!"

Discovery Text: Marina is holding the Negg stash out as you approach.
With a smile, Kari takes the Neggs. "Thanks for keeping these safe. While the festival goer chooses their Negg, you wouldn't by chance be willing to tell me who gave you these? No? Didn't think so."

"The water from the Rainbow Fountain next door played a vital part in uncovering Topsi's secret identity before it was too late!"

April 16th
Clue: "Dig a tunnel. Dig, dig a tunnel. Quick, before the laser comes!"
Location: Kreludan Mining Corp.
Discovery Text: You carefully sneak past the S750 Kreludan Defender Robot and discover the Negg stash!
Kari picks them up as you both get to safety. "That definitely got my heart pumping! Go ahead and pick a Negg before we get out of here!"

"The Neggnapper vowed vengeance here in Y22 and, while rarely spotted, has been a constant source of missing Neggs since!"

April 17th
Clue: "Here, up on the mountaintop, the right mix of herbs will get you feeling tip-top!"
Location: Remarkable Restoratives
Discovery Text: In a bowl of Crumple Fungus, the stash of Neggs peeks through!
Kari gently takes them out of the bowl. "I haven't been to Shenkuu in a minute. Maybe after all this, I'll take a trip around Neopia! But first, pick which Negg you'd like."
There's a note with the Neggs:
"Long ago, a journal led us to the nearby Mysterious Negg Cave, where the Clockwork Negg was first discovered!"

April 18th
Clue: "You shall receive treasures from this monolith, if you choose to step up and approach it forthwith!"
Location: Coltzan's Shrine
Discovery Text: Next to the Shrine, covered in sand, the Negg stash awaits!
Kari dusts off the Neggs. "I had almost forgotten about what lay beyond here! I should really check it out again sometime. But for now, go ahead and pick your Negg!"

"During the very first year we worked on the Festival of Neggs, a hidden door was discovered here that led to a mystical desert oasis!"

April 19th
Clue: "If you know who I am, then you know where I work! To find the last Neggs, ask a nearby chilly salesclerk!"
Location: Ice Crystal Shop
Discovery Text: You find the Negg stash in Dendri's jacket. He was keeping them warm!
Kari thanks Dendri as he hands her the Neggs. "These are the last to be hidden! Which means hopefully this note gives us answers as to who was behind all this!"

Negg Prizes
Finding each of Kari's Neggs on the first day they are available will grant a bonus at the end of the event, signified by gold checkmarks on the main event page next to each clue. All Neggs will remain available for the duration of the event and can be collected in any order after release.
New in 2025: For the first time, the Festival of Neggs will be offering bonus prizes for locating a negg each to active Premium subscribers. To receive the extra prize, you simply have an active Premium subscription before selecting a negg on the day's negg location page. Premium subscribers will receive an additional final bonus prize for finding each negg on the first day they are available.
After selecting a negg, you will be rewarded with a random prize specific to that negg type, with Premium subscribers receiving a 2nd random prize from an additional pool specific to that negg type. The Premium prizes will not be received in duplicate for a given negg unless all three Premium items have already been claimed for that particular negg.
On the prize pop up, your Premium prize will be the second prize listed (right on both desktop and mobile screens, with the first prize being the normal voting prize (from the list below):
If you're not a Premium member, when selecting your negg you'll see a popup that allows you to see the possible Premium bonus items encouraging you to sign up. If you proceed without signing up, then you'll receive only one item prize from the negg.
If you do decide to become a Premium member, then you will be able to receive a 2nd prize for any neggs that you have not claimed prizes from yet. Once you have claimed a prize from a negg without having an active Premium subscription, you may not claim the Premium bonus prize for that negg.
Premium subscriptions can take a few hours to activate, so don't wait till the end of the day.
