The Fanatic's Museum is the 2013 Neocash component for Altador Cup VIII. This event runs from June 2, 2013 through June 27, 2013, and the last day to activate passes will be on June 30th. There's also an FAQ for this event.
You can participate in this on your side account(s) as well, however you will need to discard the Neopoint items awarded for joining a team in the main event.
Getting Started
You will need to join a team for the regular Altador Cup. To do so, visit the Colosseum.
Special passes (sold for a limited time in the NC Mall) will allow you to enter the Fanatic's Museum. Each pass allows you to enter a certain room, so to enter all four rooms, you will need four different passes. The four passes have staggered release dates, so initially, only one type of pass will be available, and more types will be added to the Mall as the weeks continue. June 30th is the last possible day to purchase and activate passes, however you will need to have joined a team in the main event by June 28th in order to continue. You can only activate one of each pass type per account.
New this year is the Collector's Corner Flashback Pass, which will re-release a Neocash item from previous Altador Cup events every Tuesday and Thursday. You will need to purchase this pass separately should you wish to access the Collector's Corner.
Once you have a pass, go to your inventory, click on it, and select the option to use it.
Sign Up Prizes
After activating one of your passes, you will be able to enter the Fanatic's Museum in all its glory. The first time you enter, you'll receive some welcome gifts: a team Crazy Wig, a team Face Makeup and a team Trousers and Cleats. Each is based on the team you joined for the main Altador Cup event.
