r102-179 Donating Strategies

Since the Donating specifics can vary from Charity Corner, there are some strategies that may prove helpful. Below are some of our best tips!

Clean Out Your SDB!

It bears repeating—we recommend trying our SDB Price Checker tool. You can input the source code for each page of your SDB to find out which items you may want to donate (versus those items you may want to resell while higher rarity items are in demand if you want less risk).

Finding r102-179 Items

Whether the event is using the exchange system or points system, r102-r179 items can be the most useful. Below are some strategies to help you get these items as cost-effectively as possible.

Dailies, Games & Activities

If these aren't part of your daily regimen, it may now be worth working them back into your routine!

The Void Within

The current Void Within plot has different daily activities that can issue some items to help this cause. You can send up to 3 pets to volunteer at the Hospital every 6 hours to one of each of the Act II jobs with a chance to earn this item.

Winning a battle against a Voidling, which can be fought in each Act I battle set and some in Act II, can yield this.

Quest Log

Visiting the Quest Log daily will reveal 5 tasks which have a chance of rewarding one of these items with an ideal rarity. The tasks reset daily whether the tasks are completed or not.

Giant Omelette

You can visit the Giant Omelette for free once daily, and there's roughly a 1-in-3 chance of grabbing one of these omelettes with a higher rarity. If the Omelette is gone, simply return the next hour to get your food.

The 2/3 and 1/3 versions of these omelettes have the same rarities, so you may still feed your pets and then donate the scraps.

Wheel of Misfortune

For a mere 150 NP, every 2 hours you may spin the most unfortunate of Wheels for a possibility of landing on a space which may issue a rarer plushie. Beware, there are also possible negative consequences so check your inventory for valuables before spinning.

Buried Treasure

Costing 300 NP an attempt, each 3 hours you can try your hand at finding the Buried Treasure, with a possibility of getting one of these applicable booby prizes.

Scratchcards

Purchasing scratchcards from the Deserted Fairgrounds Kiosk for 1,200 NP every 2 hours or from the Terror Mountain Kiosk for 600 NP every 6 hours may yield a rare scratcher.

Cheat!

Winning rounds of Cheat! can issue Battlecards (in addition to Neopoints, trophies and an avatar). It costs some neopoints to play but the rules are simple—check our Cheat! guide for more info.

Jhudora's Quests

For completing quests for Jhudora, at specific levels you will receive the following pertinent items. You can do a new quest every 12 hours after completing the previous one.

The Brain Tree

It's slightly more involved, but for successfully completing a quest for the Brain Tree, you will receive one of the following items. You may only complete one quest for the Brain Tree daily.

Cheeseroller

By finishing a round of Cheeseroller within 60 seconds, you get to keep the cheese you bought to play the game. The following cheeses are of a higher rarity and relevant for donating for more points. While it might be more tempting to try and use the cheaper cheeses, you are more likely to finish within 60 seconds when using the more expensive ones. Coltzan's Shrine

You can visit Coltzan's Shrine once every 13 hours, with a reset at about 12:30am. It's free to visit and has no risk of negative repercussions, so there's no reason not to!

Snowager

Tempting fate with Snowy may issue one of these rarer scratchcards. He'll be sleeping from 6-7am NST, 2-3pm NST, and 10-11pm NST every day.

Battledome Prizes

Some arenas in the Battledome offer r102+ Neggs as potential prizes. However, it is not clear how frequently these items drop, and you may find you can make more money overall from other challengers trying to get other prizes, such as Nerkmids from the Cosmic Dome.
