The Faerie Quests hub included two activities during Faerie Festival 2023: a freebie item and a free Faerie quest!
Daily Freebie
Daily Faerie Quests ended on October 16! Although the
event FAQ says the daily free quests "begins on October 2nd and will end on October 19th," the last day for quests and freebies was October 16th.
Recycling continued through the end of the day on the 17th.
There is a daily freebie item awarded for visiting the Faerie Quests hub.
Visit daily! It is important to visit this page daily during the event to claim the free item, as
the FAQ says this is a requirement for a final bonus prize.

Players who visited every day from October 2 through October 16 received the below avatar upon visiting the quest hub on October 16. As the event is scheduled to continue through October 19, it is unknown if there will be a way to still receive the avatar during the last few days.

Daily Faerie Quest
There is a daily free Faerie Quest available to be completed from select faeries—much like the Faerie Quest event that is typically in the spring. The request pools from these faeries for the free quests are different than their normal random quests, seemingly able to request any item r75-r84.

There are only four possible faeries for the free daily quest:
Battle Faerie
Fountain Faerie
Fyora
Grey Faerie
Cancellation glitch! Users who canceled a quest on Day 1 (October 2nd) have not been able to start a new quest on Day 2. We recommend not declining a quest until this is confirmed to be fixed, or you may not receive quests on subsequent days. This has been fixed as of early on October 5th.
Quest Refresh Boon
The Refreshed Quest Request boon, available from the bi-weekly Tyrannian Battleground, allows you to successfully refresh the daily faerie quests given to you during this event. The refreshed quest will also only be from one of the four event faeries.
Prior Requested Items: October 2nd-6th
Due to issues arising from limited availability for numerous items in the initial request pools, the faerie asks were updated on the afternoon of October 6. From the activity launch on October 2 until midday on October 6, the initial request pools for the faeries were more limited and led to some large price jumps caused by the surge in demand, per the following breakdown:
