Why do accounts get frozen?

On rare occasions we may need to freeze a person's account if they do not behave as they should. Freezing is only done in extreme circumstances, e.g if you do anything listed below:

Post any sexual material
Promote 'pump and dump' scams (artificially inflating stock prices)
Ask for a Neositter or offer to Neosit
Post profanities
Post links to paid advertising sites.
Create or link to fake login pages
Ask for passwords
Try to force any religious/political/racial view onto others.
