There are many special characters you can get for your single player tournaments. How you activate them varies for each character. Some you may need to complete a certain game, visit a certain shop, complete a quest or something completely different.

Accounts are only frozen if you break one of the rules of the site. Usually it is due to one of the following reasons:

• Posting sexual or offensive material (language, images and usernames)
• Promoting cheats for NeoPets in your shop, theme park or another site
• Attempting to gain access to somebody elses acccount
• Harrassing other players

All the magical items will be used in the Battledome. This will be launched soon and you will be able to use all the defence, attack and magical items to try to improve your pets chances of winning a battle.

At the moment the videos are just an item that amuses your pet, just like the toys and games. If you play with your pet it will become happier. Maybe in the future you will be able to see snippets of the videos you buy for your pet but for now you cannot.

The Training School is the place you need to take your NeoPet to so you can prepare for future battles. A full help page will be added over the weekend so everything will be explained in detail then.

The Guilds are special clubs that NeoPets members can start and join. There will be inter-guild contests and awards for the guild with the most members, highest earnings, most generous etc. The Guilds need to be rewritten and this will be our next big project after the Battledome.

The Trading Post is almost ready to go. It was due to go up this week but we had to move all 75 of our servers to a new location which took quite a while:) We will try to get it up over this weekend as we know how much it is needed.

NeoDrive is an online storage facility. It acts like having extra space on your computer that you can store anything on and then download anywhere in the world. You cannot directly link to files in your NeoDrive.

When you upgrade your card you upgrade one level. Everyone starts off with the basic card and to get a gold card you need to upgrade 5 times.

To make the Battledome and Training school fairer we had to change the way the Quests worked. Now you have to be fortunate enough to meet an Uber Faerie before you can get a quest. We will make the quests more exciting and change the Earth Faerie's prize in the future.

You may be lucky enough to win a Muntando Fruit from Dice-a-roo or one of our other games but to get a fruit normally you need to combine two items in the Island Cooking Pot.

Chia Bingo works for 99% of our players. People with Web TV or older browser versions may have a few difficulties at the moment. It is going to be rewritten in the near future but we want to complete the Battledome first.

Pet Pets are very rare special gifts. They are something you should treasure and look after so they are very expensive. Lots more Pet Pets are being added including cool new Robo-pet pets

The majority of abilities and magical items will be used in the Battledome but there will be a few that you can cast or activate anywhere. The magical items and abilities will be improved shortly and more information about activating them will be announced when the Battledome is ready for launch.

The Stock Market changes depending on what shares were traded (e.g bought and sold). Stock prices are updated every 15 minutes to reflect this change.

Not all the Shops in Neopia are owned by us. We do not set the prices or make any rules regarding what items people sell and how much they charge. We don't want to force Neopian shop owners to give discounts. If they want to give discounted prices then it is up to them to price their items accordingly.

There will be several things you can do to upgrade ranging from visiting our sponsors, playing a game, treating your pet well and being a regular player. We will be updating the sponsors and activities regularly so that everyone has a fair chance to upgrade their card.

No, you can create an account, have a pet and do everything on the site except chat or Neomail. To be able to use NeoMail or visit the messageboards you need to get a parent of guardian to fill out and return the NeoPets Consent Form.

Your pets will be able to bond in some way, either by becoming best buddies, blood brothers or create a special group of friends like a pack or a gang that you have to be invited into. This is one of the things we want to get done as soon as we have finished the battledome.

The discount cards give you money off in all of the main Neopian stores (that is the ones we own). You don't have to do anything once you have your card, the discount is automatically taken off whenever you buy anything. For more information on discount cards go here
