If you have accidentally created a guild you can delete it but first you need to remove all your members. To do this go back to your guild page and click on Guild Members. This will display a list of all the members. To remove someone click on their username and then select delete member. You need to do this for all your members and then the delete guild option will appear.

If you don't want to be part of a guild anymore it is very easy to leave. Just go back to the main Guilds page and go to the guild you belong to. At the very bottom of the options (in the side bar of the guild) is a 'leave guild' button. Once you click that you are no longer a part of that guild.

Some of the games have a limit where you can only submit your score three times a day. If you submit more than 3 you will not receive any NeoPoints. This is to stop people cheating and to keep the high score tables open to everybody, not just one person who plays constantly. You are quite welcome to practice the games at any time, just remember you can only submit your score 3 times a day.

No, DO NOT let anyone Neosit your pet. This is just a trick to steal your password. If you are going away for a long period of time please put your pet in the NeoLodge. There are several different hotels and suites to choose from depending on your budget and you are guaranteed to get your pet back safe and sound. If you give anyone your password you are letting them have full access to your account and they can erase everything!

A new feature has been added to NeoMail where you can only recieve messages from your neofriends. To enable this option go to NeoMail and click on the block senders link. You can either block certain individuals or stop anybody other than your neofriends contacting you.

At the moment you can only give gifts to your neofriends. Soon you will be able to use gifts that have been given to you.

All challengers have been tested and they worked fine for us. If you have had a problem with a certain sponsor please email [email protected] stating your username, what sponsor you had problems with and what browser you are using.

Not all of the NeoPets are being changed, only a few are. The ones that are changing are simply getting their pictures redrawn so they will look as good as the Battledome versions. The Pets are still the same as they always were, they are just getting a more up to date picture.

When you are entering the Battledome competitions you will be able to choose from whatever armour, shield, weapons, abilities, scrolls and potions you have equipped your pet with. You won't actually be able to see your pet wearing a particular combination of shield, armour and weaponary but it will list what equipment you have available.

You maybe able to see what your pet has on at a later date but for now we are concentrating on doing all the images we need for the Battledome to be launched.

There are many special characters you can get for your single player tournaments. How you activate them varies for each character. Some you may need to complete a certain game, visit a certain shop, complete a quest or something completely different.

Accounts are only frozen if you break one of the rules of the site. Usually it is due to one of the following reasons:

• Posting sexual or offensive material (language, images and usernames)
• Promoting cheats for NeoPets in your shop, theme park or another site
• Attempting to gain access to somebody elses acccount
• Harrassing other players

At the moment the videos are just an item that amuses your pet, just like the toys and games. If you play with your pet it will become happier. Maybe in the future you will be able to see snippets of the videos you buy for your pet but for now you cannot.

The Training School is the place you need to take your NeoPet to so you can prepare for future battles. A full help page will be added over the weekend so everything will be explained in detail then.

The Guilds are special clubs that NeoPets members can start and join. There will be inter-guild contests and awards for the guild with the most members, highest earnings, most generous etc. The Guilds need to be rewritten and this will be our next big project after the Battledome.

The Trading Post is almost ready to go. It was due to go up this week but we had to move all 75 of our servers to a new location which took quite a while:) We will try to get it up over this weekend as we know how much it is needed.
