If you have collected all nine pieces of a treasure map, you need to go to the Treasure Huntgame. You can find this under puzzles in the Game Room. Click on the map you have completed and you will be awarded your prize.

Go back to the 'Guilds' page and when you go to your guild you should be able to see a link on bottom left hand side that says 'Leave this Guild'. Clicking this will mean you are no longer part of that guild and are free to join another.

If you wish to abandon one of your faithful NeoPets, for whatever reason, just go to the Neopian Pound. Here Dr_Death will take care of your NeoPet until it finds a good home. If you abandon your NeoPet you could always try posting its name on the message boards or creating a notice board to try to get kind hearted people to adopt it.

We noticed that there were huge numbers of discarded books lying about Neopia. To keep books valuable they are now all magical and will disappear once you have read them to your Neopet. This is not a bug, it helps to keep the game balanced.

On rare occasions we may need to freeze a person's account if they do not behave as they should. Freezing is only done in extreme circumstances, e.g if you do anything listed below:

• Post any sexual material
• Promote 'pump and dump' scams (artificially inflating stock prices)
• Ask for a Neositter or offer to Neosit
• Post profanities
• Post links to paid advertising sites.
• Create or link to fake login pages
• Ask for passwords
• Try to force any religious/political/racial view onto others.

At the moment Lilac island is closed for the winter.

The Snowager is a notoriously light sleeper, that is why he is so grumpy. Now and again he will fall into a deep sleep and, if you are so wish, a NeoPet could sneak in and steal some of the Snowager's treasure.

The Rainbow Pool is the pool on the Shops map with the rainbow coming out of it.
