If you have fed your NeoPet a morphing potion, zapped them with the lab ray or let them play with any suspicious looking dolls, your NeoPet may have been transformed. The only way you can change it back to its original form is to give it another morphing potion. For example if your blue Lupe has changed into a red Poogle, you need to give it a blue Lupe morphing potion to restore it. A red Lupe morphing potion will turn your NeoPet into a red Lupe.

You need to collect all nine different pieces of the treasure map to win great riches and rare items. This is part of our Treasure Hunt game. There are 5 different types of map to collect. You collect the map pieces in the same way as you would collect any item, some people will have them in their shops, you can win them and you can be randomly given them. When you have all nine pieces, go back to the Treasure Hunt page and you will receive your reward.

At the end of your NeoPets stay at the NeoLodge, they will automatically be checked out and returned to you.

If you are new to NeoPets and are short of Neopoints, there are a number of ways you can get your hands on some. Firstly try the Money Tree, here kind people donate unwanted food and Neopoints for the needy. Then try playing some of the games such as Lenny Trivia, Kiko Match or Meerca Chase. You can earn a lot of points from these and they are free to play.

If you have done a NeoPets related picture that you would like to get published in the gallery, you need to email it in to us. Simply drop an email to [email protected] including your username, a title for the picture and the image as an attachment. If you have drawn your picture by hand, you need to scan in into your computer first.

When someone purchases something from your shop, all your earnings go into your shop till. You can withdraw money from your shop till by clicking on your Sales History. Here it will show you all recent sales and tell you how much you have in your till. Type in the amount you wish to withdraw and your account will be credited immediately.

When you enter the caption contest, your entry is stored along with everybody else. At different times during the day, we go through and select the best ones to appear on the site. We have thousands of entries, so we cannot display all of them. If your caption is selected, it will appear on the site.

You cannot change your username once you sign up. You can change your password by going to the Help Page and clicking on the 'Change your password' link.

Booster Packs are small packets containing several different trading cards. You can either open them straight away, or save them for later. The rarity of the cards inside depends on the type of Booster Pack you have. Gold Booster Packs contain the rarer cards.

Yes, you can still fight other players even if you haven't joined a league yet. You will need to be in a league to participate in the NeoPets Battledome Tournament, but you can play friendly matches anytime you wish. If you are not in a league at the moment, don't panic, more leagues will be added nearer the time.
