When will the NeoPets Battledome be open?
So far the testing has gone really well. Lots of bug fixes have been made and you can now successfully fight opponents and use all your abilities and most of the items to aid you in your battle. There are still a few more things to be added but the multi-player battledome should be launched in the coming weeks.

How does the Neggery Work?
The Neggery is located in the Ice Caves. It is run by the Negg Faerie who will reward you handsomely for bringing her rare and wonderful Neggs. For each Negg you bring to her you will receive a number of Negg tokens depending on the rarity and cost of the Negg. These tokens can be exchanged for cool prizes from the Faerie

When will the battledome be launched?
The Alpha testing is going very well. So far only a few minor bugs have been found. We need to add a few more features and then test those this week. Once that is done the multi-player battledome should be ready for launch.

Who will BattleDome testers be fighting, so that they don't have an unfair advantage??
The alpha testers will be fighting each other only. They will not be able to challenge non-testers and any battles fought are just practice sessions for when the Neopian Battledome officially launches.

When will AlphaTesting begin for the NeoPets BattleDome?
Apologies for the delay, the alpha testing will start in the next few days. The launch was delayed as we found several bugs when we did in house testing. We want to get all known bugs fixed before we open the Battledome up for furthur testing.

I'm under 13, when will you have sponsors that I can join?
If you are under 13 you cannot sign up with any of our sponsors. This is according to COPPA laws, we cannot change this. We will be adding lots of ways for under 13 year olds to participate, get extra neopoints and challengers for the NeoPets Battledome very shortly.

How do I delete a guild?
If you have accidentally created a guild you can delete it but first you need to remove all your members. To do this go back to your guild page and click on Guild Members. This will display a list of all the members. To remove someone click on their username and then select delete member. You need to do this for all your members and then the delete guild option will appear.

How do I leave a guild?
If you don't want to be part of a guild anymore it is very easy to leave. Just go back to the main Guilds page and go to the guild you belong to. At the very bottom of the options (in the side bar of the guild) is a 'leave guild' button. Once you click that you are no longer a part of that guild.

Why can we only earn NeoPoints 3 times a day from some of the games?
Some of the games have a limit where you can only submit your score three times a day. If you submit more than 3 you will not receive any NeoPoints. This is to stop people cheating and to keep the high score tables open to everybody, not just one person who plays constantly. You are quite welcome to practice the games at any time, just remember you can only submit your score 3 times a day.

Does NeoPets sponsor Neositting?
No, DO NOT let anyone Neosit your pet. This is just a trick to steal your password. If you are going away for a long period of time please put your pet in the NeoLodge. There are several different hotels and suites to choose from depending on your budget and you are guaranteed to get your pet back safe and sound. If you give anyone your password you are letting them have full access to your account and they can erase everything!

I am sick of getting sent shop adverts from other users, how can I stop this?
A new feature has been added to NeoMail where you can only recieve messages from your neofriends. To enable this option go to NeoMail and click on the block senders link. You can either block certain individuals or stop anybody other than your neofriends contacting you.

I signed up for a sponsor but my challenger wasn't activated!
All challengers have been tested and they worked fine for us. If you have had a problem with a certain sponsor please email support@neopets.com stating your username, what sponsor you had problems with and what browser you are using.
