How do we link our images from NeoDrive?
NeoDrive is an online storage facility. It acts like having extra space on your computer that you can store anything on and then download anywhere in the world. You cannot directly link to files in your NeoDrive.

How do we (can we) block users from sending us neomail?
To block someone from sending you Neomail ever again simply go to NeoMail. Once in your Inbox you will see a new feature at the top that says "click here to block someone". Clicking on that text will take you to a new page where you simply type in the username of the person whom you wish to block.

Why didn't I get my gold card for visiting MyPoints??
When you upgrade your card you upgrade one level. Everyone starts off with the basic card and to get a gold card you need to upgrade 5 times.

Why did you change the Quests?
To make the Battledome and Training school fairer we had to change the way the Quests worked. Now you have to be fortunate enough to meet an Uber Faerie before you can get a quest. We will make the quests more exciting and change the Earth Faerie's prize in the future.

Where do we get the Muntando Fruit?
You may be lucky enough to win a Muntando Fruit from Dice-a-roo or one of our other games but to get a fruit normally you need to combine two items in the Island Cooking Pot.

Is Chia bingo ever going to be fixed?
Chia Bingo works for 99% of our players. People with Web TV or older browser versions may have a few difficulties at the moment. It is going to be rewritten in the near future but we want to complete the Battledome first.

Why are Pet Pets so expensive?

Where can you use abilities?
The majority of abilities and magical items will be used in the Battledome but there will be a few that you can cast or activate anywhere. The magical items and abilities will be improved shortly and more information about activating them will be announced when the Battledome is ready for launch.

How often does the stock market change?
The Stock Market changes depending on what shares were traded (e.g bought and sold). Stock prices are updated every 15 minutes to reflect this change.

Why can't I use my discount card in ALL the shops?
Not all the Shops in Neopia are owned by us. We do not set the prices or make any rules regarding what items people sell and how much they charge. We don't want to force Neopian shop owners to give discounts. If they want to give discounted prices then it is up to them to price their items accordingly.

How can we upgrade our discount cards?
For more information on upgrading your discount cards you need to check the Discount Card page. There will be several things you can do to upgrade ranging from visiting our sponsors, playing a game, treating your pet well and being a regular player. We will be updating the sponsors and activities regularly so that everyone has a fair chance to upgrade their card.

If I am under 13 do I have to fill in the consent form before I can sign up?
No, you can create an account, have a pet and do everything on the site except chat or Neomail. To be able to use NeoMail or visit the messageboards you need to get a parent of guardian to fill out and return the NeoPets Consent Form.

Your pets will be able to bond in some way, either by becoming best buddies, blood brothers or create a special group of friends like a pack or a gang that you have to be invited into. This is one of the things we want to get done as soon as we have finished the battledome.

Where can you use your discount card?
The discount cards give you money off in all of the main Neopian stores (that is the ones we own). You don't have to do anything once you have your card, the discount is automatically taken off whenever you buy anything. For more information on discount cards go here

When are the battledome and trading post going to be open?
The Trading Post is due to be launched today. It is currently being tested and fingers crossed will be open for business this afternoon. The Battledome is going to be the next big project, along with the Training School. This should completed in six weeks time!

Yes, but you need to use another paint brush that is your pets original color to do this.

When will we be able to dress our pets?
At the moment you can dress some of your pets using the NeoWardrobe game. More pets and costumes will be added to this shortly, including special Halloween costumes. The game where you will actually be able to dress your pets in the clothes you purchase in the stores is about 2 months away. We have a lot of new games and features we want to complete first including the training school, battledome and trading card game.
