2011 NC Challenge
This requires you to purchase a special game ticket pack from the NC Mall. You can purchase tickets in increments of 1, 5, 10, or 31. These are only valid for the 2011 Daily Dare. In order to complete the entire NC challenge, you must buy the 31 ticket pack, or other denominations that add up to 31. If you have more than 31 tickets, the extras cannot be applied for extra game challenge plays. You can trade tickets if you want (see our NC Mall guide).
2011 NC Challenge Ticket Packs
The games for the NC challenge will be the same as the basic 31 day challenge, but the scores to beat will be different (they are usually still fairly easy, though). This does not replace the normal Daily Dare challenge. In order to receive the normal Daily Dare prize, you must challenge AAA or Abigail as well. If you beat all 31 NC challenges, you will be awarded a special NC item on April 4th, 2011. You may participate in both this challenge and the basic challenge.
After you have purchased a ticket pack, go to your inventory, click on it, and select the option to activate it. Then head to the NC challenge page and click the "Challenge Lulu" button. You will then be asked if you want to use up a ticket. Once used, a ticket cannot be transferred to another day. Then all you have to do is play the game and match or beat Lulu's score.

Retro Neocash Challenge
This is different from the regular NC Challenge. According to the Mall FAQ:
Retro Challenge Tuesdays are all new for 2011! Each Tuesday in March a new Retro Challenge will be released. Each Retro Challenge will be a game from last year's Daily Dare. Purchase a Retro Challenge Game Ticket Pack from the NC Mall and challenge Lulu. Only one Retro Challenge Game Ticket is needed to play all five Retro Challenges. Once you have matched or beaten Lulu's score, you will receive the NC item that was given out for that game in last year's Daily Dare NC Challenge.
Since only one ticket pack is needed to play all five Retro Challenges, you will only be able to activate one Retro Challenge Game Ticket.
A retro ticket pack can be purchased in the NC Mall:
After you have purchased a retro ticket pack, go to your inventory, click on it, and select the option to activate it. Then head to the NC challenge page and apply a ticket to a retro challenge. Then all you have to do is play the game and match or beat Lulu's score.
