What the heck didnt even notice there was one when was it posted??

Stuck on the loading screen at 100%. This is the second event that I've not been able to access Dacardia/the event shop on the final day; I lost my crabby tickets from the last donation drive, too.

i’m getting the same spinning crab pf 100% but not letting me in as the end of the last donation event. so much for that stamp for donating max every day. can’t even participate the last day

Unrelated but wanted to tell you, I put in a ticket last week when the deluxe faerie quest cookie was announced to be on sale but it never actually went on sale lol They told me this morning they are fixing it, and will announce it in the news that the cookie will be going on sale hopefully this week

I'm pretty sure I missed a day, and of course the final prize is an expensive stamp. There really needs to be some sort of notification about a donation dome/drive or SOMETHING, or they could make the final prize not require perfect attendance, but in my time playing, I think they've done that like ONCE.

Yeah, I'm also stuck on the loading screen. Perfect attendance prior to now, always maxed out the donations, and now it's wildly unlikely I'll be able to do the final day. Thankfully both for this event and the last one I had the foresight to spend the tickets on stuff I wanted as I earned them, so I'm not missing anything I care about from the shop, but that's not an option for the final donation prizes so I guess I'm just out of luck on the stamp. Sent in a support ticket just in case, and I'll keep trying throughout the day, but I'm not optimistic anything meaningful will come of it.

Stuck at 100% for me, too. This also happened on the last day of the previous event. Especially frustrating because I missed a donation day, so yesterday I purchased the booster just so I'd have enough to get the stamp today. Guess once again I just get screwed out of millions of Neopoints.

Sorry to all having problems. I did it this morning at about 3am NST with no problems, must have started later. Is this a case where re downloading helps?

@tcgtcgtcg Nope, not for me at least. I even tried a fresh install on a completely different device. I wonder if their servers have been getting slammed on these final days or something.

The mildly frustrating/funny thing is that it *did* briefly occur to me to try checking before I went to bed, but I was tired and figured, eh, I'm sure the final day login problems won't happen two events in a row, right? I guess at least I know better for next time...

I reinstalled the app too. Sigh.

My loading issues started yesterday out of nowhere. I am stuck on the loading screen, but I cannot even hit "Play Now," because usually there are 2 lines of random letters and numbers in the upper left corner, but for the last 2 days I have only been seeing 1 line and it won't let me click the "Play Now" button .. this has never happened to me before

8 pm here and have been trying intermittently since just before leaving for work at 6:30 am (3:30 NST). super frustrating and have tried reinstalling and everything else reddit suggested…

Yeah been inaccessible for hours.

We’re currently looking into possible solutions for players who were affected and are exploring what options may be available. One possibility we’re considering is extending the event period to provide another opportunity to participate, although we’re still reviewing what can be done at this time.

absolutely wild they gave such a nothing burger response to the support tickets. “possibly maybe we might be able to” shut up and fix the game? why is that a difficult concept. give us our prizes and quit acting like it’s beyond your control?? it’s literally y’all’s game

Omg I just straight up forgot to spend the points, I think I was so tired and busy yesterday. I think it's also harder to remember to do the event every day even though I go in the app every day for the dailies with it only being in the tab instead of on the map.

Where did the event shops go? It's been less than a day and it's already gone! I didn't get to spend my tickets!

re: support tickets, I did get an actual response early this morning asking me to verify what I missed out on during the issue so they can compare to their database (which makes sense, you don't want random grifters waltzing in and claiming they're owed an expensive stamp when they didn't actually participate). Fingers crossed that I'll hear back with a favorable response and a stamp. If you did send in a ticket to Dacardia support, be sure to check your email and see if they got back to you!

Honestly, I'm not actually *that* bothered about the stamp itself; yeah it's expensive, yeah it'd be nice, but I'm a pretty casual stamp collector overall and have no expectation I'll be able to get every single valuable one. What I'd *really* like to know is that they're going to take steps to prevent this happening a *third* time...

The app wasn't working the last day and I'm pretty sure we used to get more time to spend them.
It wouldn't hurt for them to give an extra day or two to redeem prizes.
