What's absolutely bizarre is that randomly sometime around the new year, for months and months I couldn't scroll down on the customization page, without expanding the full screen box. But as of the last few days, I finally now can scroll down and customize!!!

I don't know if anyone else experienced this,. But I hope it doesn't reverse for me to not be able to scroll down again. I do also hope it does get fixed for everyone that is now in that mess like I was. The spaghetti code is so mysterious and volatile.

My biggest pet peeve is not being able to use the search and zone functions properly and see all the items in my closet. As a result most of my customizations have not seemed fully formed to me. I always feel like I am missing out on something - because I am. I also cannot recall items on demand when I have thousands. This isn't a new problem. It has been ongoing. They also gave out many wearable prizes that were not converted and therefore do not show up on your pet. That is just ridiculous. A lot of my go-to items do not show up when customizing. Saying you can just use the filters is not true for all of us. They have been broken for me for a long time. Frustrating.

This latest hell of not being able to scroll greatly inhibits my ability to dress my pets in a timely fashion. Who wants to spend hours going back and forth just to dress a couple of pets. When there are over 20 it just becomes an exercise in futility. Grrr...I know I have too many items but what's a shopaholic to do?

I know people happily use DTI to create outfits and then just remove the items from their SDB and pop them in their closet and voila! My problem is I stopped trading probably around 6 years ago and never updated. my DTI closet. I deleted everything thinking I would start over from scratch, but never got around to it because at the time I wanted to do it DTI had its own issues.. Now just the thought of fixing it makes me twitch. On me, I know.

Customizing was my main thing for many years. A denizen of the NCC and a member of a NC Guild. I've had to move on to other things, because it just isn't the joyful activity it once was.

It's been several days, you'd think they would have acknowledged and fixed this sooner, since it's a *major part of the site*.

I don't care for the new resizing-the-pet function - it'd be better if they added more useful things, like more zones (static, bio effects, right-hand front, anyone?) and more filters. Be cool if they did something based on color but idk how feasible that is.

On the topic of customisation, have you guys considered doing a neopoints-only category for your Halloween contest?

Also, unconverted items removing themselves and not being able to be put back on is fun. Plus: whenever you do manage to put something on your pet, the closet resets – so all that category pick or search has to be done again.

It's not just being unable to scroll. Sometime when I sort the clothes to, say shoes, it'll go to shoes, but if I try to switch the shoes the whole thing will become unsorted. So I have to redo it. Which takes time because I have a big closet.

@faellie_ridiculous is right. It's not fair to be force to empty out our closets just to dress up one pet. Maybe I want to dress them all up that day? I don't want to go back and forth just to play dress up when that's one of the biggest draws of the site.

And as @goldennightfox said, it would be nice if the filter worked better. Barely any of my right hand objects show up in that sort filter. Same with a few others like backpack and markings. And for about three days before we got the end of TVW plot I got the option to have a static filter, and it helped so much! But like I said, it only lasted for 3 DAYS! And then it was gone! I don't know why it happened or where it went, but I would like it back please!

I couldn´t save changes. I needed to go to another pet to save the change. Now it´s working fine again.

If you download Stylebot from the Google Chrome store (I'm on Opera and it still works for me), put this in your code and it returns scrolling function until the issue is fixed: .npcma-list_section { overflow: auto; }

Update on my last comment: the style you're editing must be the neopets site, a.k.a www.neopets.com, so make sure your work is saved under that 'style' when prompted in the header.

Adding this to Ublock Origin's filters (My Filter section, or whatever similar section Ublock Origin Lite has) also brings the scrollbar back: www.neopets.com##.npcma-customise-items:style(overflow:auto

I'm mostly VERY mad about not being able to use non converted items. They show up on static images so they're valid for the Custom Spotlight they JUST updated. You could still add them when the custom page was first updated. So it's a later glitch like the scrollbar missing, but one we can't fix in any way sadly.

That should be a semi colon and a ) after auto, it just brings up the emoji, No spaces of course.

WHEN is this going to be fixed???? Come on already...
