The #NEOPETS Contest is a semi-revival of the defunct Random Contest—it will supposedly be held on a monthly basis, and feature a new theme each time.
This month's theme is "UsukiCon" (previously stated as "Usuki Couture", but later amended to be more broad and open-ended).
For this first contest, TNT is looking to accept digital and in-person submissions. Future contests will be digital submissions only. The in-person (physical) submission form is intended for users who create tangible artwork (e.g. fiber art, baking, woodworking, etc.) and are able to attend the "Neo York" pop-up event in late August and bring their artwork with them for display. If you cannot attend the pop-up, you should submit a photograph of your tangible art in the "digital" category.
All digital art must be submitted in the "digital" category, regardless whether or not you plan to attend the pop-up, as digital art pieces will be displayed differently than physical art pieces.
You can enter the contest by visiting the Neopets Portal Blog where you will need to fill out a Google Form.
Winners will be announced on July 31st, and receive a brand new avatar and trophy. No item prizes will be handed out at this time.
