Event Inbox and Fruit Machine Converted to New Layout

A couple new page conversions to the mobile-responsive layout rolled out early this morning. First up, the Event Inbox:

The Fruit Machine is also the latest daily to be converted to the newer, mobile-responsive layout. The experience is pretty much unchanged, though winning results now appear in an in-page pop-up.

I'm loving all the page conversions! I hope that they can convert some of the last remaining flash assets like Lunar Temple and Lutari Talisman soon.

I genuinely love the OG layout as a chronic desktop user, but I've been frantically doing my dailies on my phone the last week or so before the day finishes and I'm LOVING the mobile friendly update for the dailies. They're not perfect, but I'm excited each time TNT update a new page.

Can't wait for them to update the dailies that are available in the premium menu though - I want to see the Haunted Woods Hunt and the new cave one from the plot!!

I absolutely hate these new conversions. I understand it's better for mobile but I would love for them to come out with a theme " Nostalgic " and just let us revert it back to the old website ways lol. Everything looks just way too chunky and gross

While I understand wanting to update the popular Dailies to make them mobile friendly, I feel they should set aside time to update Dailies which haven't been working as intended since the end of Flash:

* Kiko Pop
* Expellibox
* Coconut Shy
* Bagatelle
* Cork Gun Gallery
* (The Haunted Shootery?)

While I'll admit that generally I've found the updates to be a bit of a nuisance, I'm incredibly pleased to see the inbox getting an update. Navigating it was an utter headache and merely deleting something took way too many steps than such a simple task should. An overhaul has been a long time coming for that old dinosaur

I just wanna see the Wishing Well get an anti-botting update. Tired of almost every single winner being some empty shell account with badly named, uncustomized basic pets, very few avatars and stamps, always the same small handful of trophies, clearly bots.

I wish they'd keep the OG layouts for desktop, almost all of the conversions just make the site slower or harder to use. RIP shopping by opening tabs on items. RIP instant finish Fruit Machine. I'm not going to play friggin games on my phone lmao.

They updated the event inbox but still haven't fixed notifications (I've had 1-2 "unread" notifications for what, a year now? more? I've lost track; the notification icon means nothing to me)? Hopefully the event inbox remains accurate despite the notifications, but man I'm running out of commonly used unconverted pages to actually CHECK my notifications. Really annoying when trying to arrange big trades.

I personally welcome the page conversions. Flip flopping between the two layouts while navigating the site makes everything feel disjointed. I do wish they would finally fix the ghost notifications though, but perhaps that's on the horizon? Maybe??

I too wish mobile and desktop had separate layouts, I miss my Curse of Maraqua theme constantly, and I also have performance issues sometimes with the new one. BUT I welcome the fruit machine taking less time!

I don't mind the actual new layouts but they do take longer to load (at least on a slower desktop, internet, and without premium).

Where do we see the new events layout? I have to always go to an old page and refresh to see if I have offers on my Trades, see if I have Neomail, accept items from friends, etc...

I do not understand how these conversions are considered “mobile friendly” when a good chunk of them are quite the opposite. I went from being able to see my whole event log to now only being able to see two at a time. So even if I’m sure the whole long list is Dacardia and FF notices, I have to scroll scroll scroll endlessly to be sure. I can barely see one item at a time in the AH. If “mobile friendly” is another word for super zoomed in and unnecessarily large, please stop. I dread to think of what they’re going to do to the Kads. It’ll be absolutely impossible to feed via mobile if you can only see one at a time.

I just don't understand. People KEEP telling them, EVERY TIME, to stop adding these stupid confirmation pop-ups on every page, for every action, and they just keep adding more. It's like they're doing it just to spite us. Granted, since this is a daily, I'll probably just close the tab when it finishes, but it still infuriates me that they plainly refuse to listen. Or purposely do the opposite thing.
