Ambassadors will work with us directly to improve Neopia by highlighting community concerns, providing feedback on planned initiatives, and more. Players are encouraged to reach out to community ambassadors if they have general issues they’d like to see addressed with both the Neopets online game and the Neopets brand as a whole. Drop them a Neomail, they don’t bite!
