This avatar was originally released on May 13th to that day's winner, and to the subsequent weekly winners, although TNT assured users from the beginning that retroactive awarding was in the works.
Now, anyone who has won at any time in the spotlight's history should be able to unlock it!
Unfortunately, we still have no official word on when the coveted Art Gallery avatar will be available retroactively—but fear not, TNT has assured users and ambassadors that that is the plan. It's not a question of if just when.
