There is a short introductory quest to repaint the town plaza and begin the event.
The mechanics of the event are unchanged from similar previous ones. There are also a selection of Neopets.com prizes available from the event's prize shop themed for either birthdays or Dacardia, and four automatic prizes for hitting donation thresholds.

This Donation Dome will last from today through June 30. There is a login calendar ongoing in the same timeframe as well.
