Premium and NC Goes Missing

This morning, Premium subscriptions have gone missing for a large number of Neopians. So don't worry, it's not just you.

TNT hasn't posted any public comments on this yet, but we're hoping it's something they address quite quickly today. Ambassadors have made TNT aware and at the moment, TNT are advising impacted users send in a ticket.

In addition, at the NC Mall, some users are seeing their NC total displayed as 0, no matter how much NC they actually have on hand.

Whew, thought the absolute worst- that someone had emptied out my bank account and my sub charge declined. Sucks though for all the daily perks Iā€™m missing. Hope for a fix soon.

My NC disappeared right as I was about to buy something, so I thought my purchase had glitched and caused all my NC to disappear. The timing.. It has since returned and I was able to complete my purchase.

I haven't noticed Premium poofing. Interesting, wonder if they're working on something or what could be causing it.

huh, checked it because I saw this and all looks fine for me just clicking around, including running the premium wheel. Must not be a universal bug.

But definitely less NC on hand and notttt cuz I blew it all on styling prismatics

Here at Neopets we've heard how much you guys have been frustrated over the incredible over-reliance on NC and premium, so we've decided to remove them from the site entirely!
