Companion App: Inventory Actions Added!

The latest update for the Neopets Companion App has added in new inventory actions!

Tap the "Inventory" button on the bottom toolbar to navigate to your inventory. Previously you could only use items with a "feed" action, but now you can play, heal, read, and groom!

Tbh, I'm avoiding this app as much as possible because I know they'll inevitably put ads on it. The main site works fine on mobile for me, aside from the games in which I need to switch to desktop browser mode to see the full frame

(and for what it's worth, Firefox mobile app includes add-ons so uBlock Origin works fine- though JN's lab ray logger unfortunately does not seem to be compatible with mobile browser use, RIP. Something to work on mayhaps?)

personally i think they're gearing up to make quest log in the app since they keep adding all the tasks one by one (fishing, play/groom/read, etc)

which could be exciting

I like it so far! I agree it feels like quest log is coming. I just checked my QL and tried to do some tasks on the app and playing with a pet and fishing worked which was dope.

I'm looking forward to them adding the quest log as well. It would make things easier for me during those times I go to bed and forget I haven't done my quests!

I hope they don’t add the neoboards. I want it to be focused on the actual gameplay of Neopets.

i'd do the QL in the app if they went back to having good prizes

I try to do the Quest Log tasks in the app as much as I can. I quite like it! Though one thing seems to be broken; purchasing items from shops in the app doesn't seem to count towards the QL.
Everything else is nice, I like playing Kiko Match for my daily game.

If they were going to fully integrate the Quest Log interface though, they would also need to integrate battling as that is one of the QL tasks. I feel like it will be a while before we get the BD in the app. Battling systems are not an easy nor quick thing to program.
